Our services are designed to nurture both mother & baby, providing expert care & guidance tailored to your unique needs. Nurtured Beginnings Package
- Six 4 hour daytime postpartum visits (24 hours total, approx 2 weeks)
- Unlimited virtual text/phone support beginning at time of booking through duration of your contract
- Postpartum planning prep session
- Review of baby gift registry list

Rooted In Support Package
- Twelve 4 hour daytime postpartum visits (48 hours total, approx 4 weeks)
- Unlimited virtual text/phone support beginning at time of booking through duration of your contract
- Postpartum planning prep session
- Review of baby gift registry list
Fee: $2160
Rooted In Nurture Package
- Twenty-four 4 hour daytime postpartum visits (96 hours total, approx 8 weeks)
- Unlimited virtual text/phone support beginning at time of booking through duration of your contract
- Postpartum planning prep session

Fee: $4320
NOTE: A travel fee of $45 will be added to each visit to an address located further than 40 minutes of the Doulas home.
Nurtured Rest Visit
A helping hand when you need it most! This one-time, 4-hour drop-in visit is perfect for new moms who could use a little extra support. Whether you need help with newborn care, answers to your questions, or just a chance to catch up on much-needed rest, I’ve got you covered.
In just 4 hours, I can:
- Tackle your most pressing postpartum questions.
- Care for your baby while you enjoy a peaceful nap.
- Assist with feedings, soothing techniques, or other baby basics.
- And more!
This visit is also a thoughtful and unique baby shower gift, giving new moms the opportunity to feel nurtured & supported during the postpartum journey.

Newborn Know-How Masterclass
Bringing home a newborn can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it all out alone! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn everything you need to confidently care for your baby—from swaddling & soothing techniques to safe sleep, diapering, feeding techniques, babywearing, & more. Whether you’re a first-time parent or just need a refresher, this class will provide you with the practical skills & knowledge to navigate those early weeks with ease and YOU will go into parenthood feeling better prepared with so much confidence!
This class is taught privately in the comfort of your own home!

Postpartum Power Hour
An Hour of Expert Support, Right From the Comfort of Home! Navigating postpartum recovery & newborn care can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. The Postpartum Power Hour is a one-hour, ask me anything, video call session designed to answer your questions, ease your worries, and help you feel confident in this new season of life.
During our session, you can ask me anything about:
- Postpartum recovery, healing, & self-care.
- Newborn care basics like soothing, feeding, sleep, bathing & diapering.
- Adjusting to parenthood & building confidence.
- Setting boundaries & creating a supportive home environment.
- Sibling adjustment.
Plus, you’ll gain access to our trusted referral list from perinatal providers like lactation consultants, mental health professionals, and more.
Whether you’re an expectant parent preparing for the fourth trimester or already in the thick of it, this session is a judgment-free space where you’ll find the guidance and reassurance you need.

Gentle Sleep Coaching
Now offering Newborn Sleep Shaping packages and a 2 week Sleep Coaching package for ages 3+ months & up.
If sleep in your home has been feeling hard, you are not alone and you’re not doing anything wrong. Lack of sleep is overwhelming for both babies, toddlers, and parents! When you when it comes to sleep coaching, my approach is gentle, responsive, and tailored to your baby and your parenting style. There is no one “right” way to approach sleep, but there is a way that will work for your baby.
